Our sausages are characterized by the coarse grinding of a mixture of lean and fat parts taken from the shoulder and bacon.

The average aging takes about a month.


The seasoned soppressata


Among the sausages available for distribution and sale, you can find an excellent soppressata, prepared with medium and fat minced meat from the ham and loin.

The average maturing lasts about 60 days, but can be varied according to your taste.

Stick seasoned


Our stick is characterized by the coarse grinding of a mixture of lean and fat parts taken from the shoulder and the bacon.

The average aging takes about a month.

The sweet or spicy pleasure


The schiacciata sweet or spicy, also called spianata, is one of the most typical sausages of southern Italy. The processing is performed by mixing minced pork, diced lard, and chilli. The seasoning lasts about four months.
